Store Policies

 

All fish that comes into our shop are quarantine for at least 2 weeks minimum. This is to insure you're getting a strong healthy fish. We will not ship any sick or damage fish to our customers. 3

We ship orders out every Monday-Wednesday.

 Most orders received will be shipped the following week.

 Local pick up is available, message us on Facebook or phone for details.

We do our best to ship our fish the safest way possible. We also understand that when you're dealing with live animals things can happen. Before ordering you should understand our store policies thoroughly.

 

By placing an order, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions.

 -Terms and Conditions for Live Fish:

Photo in listing is the exact type of fish you will be receiving unless it said WYSIWYG ( what you see is what you get). All sizes listed are approximate.

 

 To claim DOA, we WILL REQUIRE PROOF in the form of

- picture of the dead fish inside the bag.

- dead fish out of bag.

- dead fish with tail cut.

- do not throw away fish until contacting us and are given the order to do so, just in case we need more information.

 Refunds are issued for the cost of the fish, not the cost of the shipping.

 Somebody MUST be home to receive the package. If someone is not present to receive the package on the first delivery attempt, the live arrival guarantee is voided.
